About the artwork:
The diverse collection of distinctive textural mixed media seascapes by Brighton-based artist Laura Callaghan captures the beauty of the Sussex coastline. Each piece reflects the local artist's profound passion for and intimate connection with the ocean. Laura will be at the venue every day throughout the exhibition. About Laura Callaghan: Laura Callaghan is a mixed media artist, born in Margate in Kent, and now living and working in Saltdean, Brighton in East Sussex, UK. With an international following, Laura's work has been showcased in exhibitions across the UK, earning accolades such as endorsement from Sir David Attenborough, and work showcased at the United Nations Association Ocean Symposium.

About the venue:
The space is within an old fisherman's arch based directly on Brighton Seafront which has vibrant sea views.

How to find the venue:
Brighton Fishing Museum is located within two arches on the seafront to the west of Brighton Pier. The seafront can be accessed by a ramp and the Museum is on the ground level. It is free to enter the Museum and you do not need to book your visit in advance. The Fishing Quarter Office is on the left-hand side as you enter the Museum.
